Our College Commenced the Follow-up Instructive Service Work for Students of ...

    For a deeper look at the study and life of students in inter-disciplinary program to optimize the talents' cultivation model, our college conducted interaction activity in terms of questionnaires survey and symposiums, and developed the follow-up instruction and service for students concerned, promoting the mutual cooperation with colleges concerned and integrated development of students.

    From March 4th to 9th, companied by administrators in charge of teaching affairs, Executive Vice Dean and Party Secretary of College, Professor Yuchun Chen came to College of Life Science, College of Animal Science, College and Agronomy and College of Horticulture respectively for the symposiums on the study and life of students in inter-disciplinary program. He presented the problems and difficulties in teaching and students management in construction of inter-disciplinary model, seeking for further corporation in teaching management and follow-up service in the education of inter-disciplinary students.

    On March 7th and 8th, our college held inter-disciplinary students' symposiums on north and south campus respectively, leaders of our college and Youth League Committee were present and exchange ideas with the students concerned about their academic continuity, credit identity, lodging condition and management.
   
    Meanwhile, some informative questionnaires were well designed to aid the promotion of work. Survey on Teachers Evaluating Selected Students in Inter-disciplinary Programme and Survey on Status Quo of Students in Inter-Disciplinary Programme, were conducted to look into the course arrangement of students in inter-disciplinary model and their adaption to the new discipline and living environment. As any suggestion and advice were welcome to optimize the teaching and administration of our college, the feedback information was considered instructive for its integrity. Most teachers and students appreciated much the educational teaching reform of our college and voice their perspectives. 

    With views collected and present condition of our university and college considered, our college will spare no effort in perfecting and optimizing training model of talents, to lay sound foundation for the development of students.
