CIE has been prioritizing the training of students English language literacy and harvesting from the practices. By last September, 94.09 percent and 57.08 percent CIE students had passed the CET4 and CET6 respectively, which ranking the top of NWAFU. In addition, nine of CIE classes had all passed CET4 and 5 had all passed CET6 by then.

We hold the belief that the students’ foreign language proficiency is one of a manifestation of talents cultivation quality. Therefore, the educational philosophy of CIE has always been focused on the talents quality. Centered on the education and teaching reform, the cultivation mode is diversified and personalized, seeking for the students’ over-all development of innovative spirit and comprehensive quality.
