The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program is of great significance for promoting the reform of the talent training model in China. In response to the relevant policies of the state and NWAFU, our college actively organized the activity in accordance with the university regulations and the notice of the Academic Affairs Office. At the defense, each group explained their project in terms of the background, development, problems and solutions, achievements and experience, and use of funds. Having listened to the students' reports, the judges checked the work logs, asked questions about the key issues and technologies involved in each project, and offered them scientific advice and guidance.

After the defense, Zhang Lingzhu, on of the candidates, said: "Thanks to the experts and teachers for pointing out the shortcomings in our project, which is conducive to us to refine the project. In addition, I admire greatly the experts’ rigor in doing research. The spirit is only too worth learning ."

A total of 64 projects and student teams participated in this defense, which was highly praised by the experts present. This proves the strict control of the whole process in project implementation. Besides, it also builds a platform for students to show themselves and stimulates the interest and enthusiasm of undergraduates to participate in science and technology.
