On November 6th, the Final Debate of 3rd Zhuo Yue Cup of our college was conducted in classroom N8T01 on north campus of A& F. 18 team leaders from other colleges were invited to serve as judges. The college instructors Qiu Zhenlong and Zhang Weiwei, along with the college student unions members and the freshmen of our college enjoyed the splendid performance.

With the theme of Heroes Decide the Course of History or History Made Heroes our of the Ordinary, the Pro was Bi-technology Base Class 113 while the Con goes to Bio-Science Experiment Class 111. Li Wenwen hosted the debate. At any phases of the debate, their unique perspectives and witty diction constantly pushed the debate to climax and won thundering applause of the spectators. Both sides making their points brief but humorous, making their attack challenging and sound, and enabling their summary inviting and insightful.

It took quite long time before the heated debate came to end. Bio-Science Base Class 113 took slight priority and won the championship. Xue Tianyu and Jiao Jianqing of Bio-technology Experiment Class were awarded Best Debaters. The college instructors Qiu Zhenlong and Zhang Weiwei, along with the chief of college student unions awarded the prizes.

Generally, the college debate of Zhuo Yue Cup aims to improve the college students, especially the freshmen and sophomores' thinking ability, adaptability to changes and expression ability and strengthen their team spirit and cultural literacy. The round robin system was applied to the preliminary debate with 7 teams from grade 2011 participated. All teams paid high attention to each debate and equipped themselves with full preparation. It is their great effort that enables their wonderful performance.
