The National College English Test Band 6 is about to kick off. In order to guarantee the students  more well-prepared, on the evening of June 6, CIE held the mock exam of CET -6 in No. 8 Teaching Building.
 
This mock exam is designed to familiarize the candidates with the test atmosphere, improve their test-taking ability, and tease out their room for improvement. The mock exam is strictly in accordance with the relevant requirements of CET-6, in which members of the CIE Student Union are responsible for the invigilation. When the test began, the students carefully examined the papers and soon fully involved in answering the questions. Upholding the principle of fairness, justice and seriousness, the invigilator sends and receives the answer sheet on time and maintains the discipline of the examination room. After the exam, the teacher carefully reviewed the test papers, returned the answer sheets to the students in time, and helped them to analyze the questions, which greatly help them to make new breakthrough.

After the exam, Yang Yang, a student of the Y2017, said: "Through this mock exam, I have a clear and deep understanding of the time management, score distribution, and skills of the CET-6. I have clearly defined the exam and found out my own shortcomings. In the future, I will make my  preparation more targeted and purposeful and strive to achieve satisfactory results in the real examination."

This successful mock exam provided students with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the test process, self-test, and self-training. It also helps candidates to familiarize themselves with the test atmosphere while preparing for scientific exams and breakthroughs. Wish all students good luck in the real exam.
