On November 27th, CIE organized mock CET-4 in classroom N8T12, to help the  freshmen exposed to the examination procedures and time allocation for getting high grade in the real exam.

The mock examination, patrolled by members of CIE Student Union, strictly adhered to the examination disciplines as well as the actual test’s regulations and procedures. The examinees were fully absorbed in the test. Some of them submitted the papers ahead of scheduled time, while some others stick to the last minute to double-check their answers.
 
This mock exam further the students’ understanding of CIE-4. Liu Zhirou, a student of Bio-tech Class 1804 said, “I was not quite familiar with the test procedures and time allocation before. The composition used to be roughly drafted but no time to be copied onto the answer sheet. This model test is of great help to me and builds up my confidence in the real exam.” Some students also said that they had inadequate mock exams because of their busy schedules. They will practice more later.
 
This mock CET-4 provided the students with a self-check platform and contributed to the students’ English examination skills and the college’s study style construction. With several mock examinations, students shall be well prepared to make remarkable achievements in the actual CET-4.
