To draw on educational experience of other universities and to enhance the cooperation and communication with them, our college sent more than 40 teachers and students as representatives to Northwester Polytechnic University for study. . 
In Yi Chi building of Northwester Polytechnic University, our college principals and leaders from Academic Affairs Office and Educational Experiment College of host university attended the seminar. The theme of seminar involved in the basic model, the major measures and experience of training top-notch innovative personnel. They also exchanged the common difficulties and challenges at present and communicate about the blue print of following work. Both sides thought the seminar had deepened mutual understanding and enhanced friendship.
Then all guest teachers and students visited Aviation Museum, Historical Bureau, Navigation Exhibition Hall and other places of the host university. In the Aviation Museum, Director of Academic Affairs Office, Dean of Educational Experiment College, curator of Aviation Museum Professor Wan Xiaopeng introduced the teachers and students of history of Chinese aerospace, explaining in detail the structures, functions, advantages and disadvantages of MiG -15, F -5, U- 2 and other important aircrafts. When air-raid siren rang, Professor Wan Xiaopeng remind students not to forget national humiliation of historical Event 9•18, and encouraged them to work harder for our nation. The students present not only gain a wealth of aerospace knowledge, but also experienced a profound lesson of patriotic education.
On campus of Northweste Polytechnic University in Chang’an District, student representatives from both sides had a further discussion and communication. They exchanged the feelings and experience in study and social work. This communication activity broadens horizons of our college students, expands their thinking and enlightens their inspiration. Additionally, their determination to devote to the  development of Chinese agriculture and forestry is more impregnable.
