| From Dec 24th to 25th, National Symposium on Promotion of University's Top-notch Innovative Personnel Cultivation sponsored by Chinese Higher Education Academic Society was held in administration building of National Academy of Education Administration. Delegates from over 50 domestic universities were present the symposium. Representatives from Peking University, Tsinghua University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Northwest A& F University were invited to deliver topic-centered speeches concerning their previous exploration and experience in this field. Vice Executive Secretary of Chinese Higher Education Academic Society Zhihong Ye hosted the symposium.
At the meeting, in honour of our university, Professor Yuchun Chen, Secretary of Party General Branch and Executive Vice Dean of our college lectured on the topic of Agricultural and Forestry University's Exploration in Promoting the Reformation of Top-notch Personnel Cultivation Training Model. He introduced the background and significance of establishment of Innovative Experiment College, orientation of the college, aim-oriented policies, preliminary analysis on cultivation quality and training model, feasible solutions to current problems and answered the questions raised on spot as well. Representatives present showed great concern over our exploration in the reformation.
It is reported that National Symposium on Promotion of University's Top-notch Innovative Personnel Cultivation is a national exchange conference organized by Chinese Higher Education Academic Society in terms of research group, with the aim of solving the common problems in the practice of higher education at different levels on the basis of sharing experience. Thanks to the success of this symposium and our outstanding performance, Chinese Higher Education Academic Society is to hold the National Forum on Promotion of University's Top-notch Innovative Personnel Cultivation in our university next spring.
