Task-based teaching class of Inorganic And Analytical Chemistry conducted by Professor Huang Sen was successfully held on 7th November. All students of Y2014 Bio-engineering classes were divided into four groups for the discussion on The Application of Analytical Chemistry on Agricultural Science and The Research Paper Writing, who then were asked to present their discussion with ppt on class.

In the first session of this three-sessions task-based class, the representatives of each group demonstrated their discussion results, showing the air of confident and experienced reporters. Their high involvement in the group discussion greatly livened the atmosphere of the class. In the next session, the class form teacher Mr. Long Qinglin and the lecturer Mr. Huang Sen made comments on their performance and gave them instructive suggestions. Last, the best study group was voted out, which went to the group of The Application of Analytical Chemistry on Food Science for their systematic organization and clear presentation.

This class was a practice associating self-study with cooperative learning and group discussion, aiming at developing students abilities to do literary review and sum up theories,  to express their ideas with aid of ppt and to analyze and solve problems creatively. Additionally, it enhance their cooperation and lay the foundation soundly for further research.
