On Feb 28th, our college held democratic meeting to learn the spirit of A&F 2012 Annual Work Conference and map out 2012 college work priorities. A&F Executive Vice President was invited to the meeting.

All people present studied and exchanged their ideas on A& F annual work conference of 2012, work priorities in 2012 and new year's working schedules. To better comprehend the university spirit and improve the ability to macroscopically handle the college affairs, President Zhao who studied the 2012 First Document issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with other participants, read into the principle of speeding up the training of talents in agricultural science. All faculty of Innovative and Experimental College were required to comprehend and implement the university spirit, identify work priorities and work out scientific agenda. President Zhao put forward that, our college was supposed to be well-prepared to explore better ways in constructing College System, perfecting training programme and expanding the international views of our college students. In addition, our college was expected to retrospect and summarize our trials and errors of the past four years and make scientific analysis for continuity of college development.

College Dean, professor Wang Guodong put forward his ideas in the amendment of training programme, further exploration in College System, the adjustment of appointed teaching programme, the further communication with Hongkong Chinese University, the enhancement of English teaching and the arrangement of final paper affairs. College Party Secretary and Executive Associate Dean Professor Chen Yuchun shared his opinions in how to perfect college management system, the ways of improving working efficiency and strengthening enrollment promotion. All people present were active to voiced their ideas concerning specific affairs.
