To benefit more from other colleges in advanced practices and experience in administration and students management of college system, on November 9th, with the leading of college Party Secretary and Associate Dean Professor Chen Yuchun, a delegation in charge of student affairs conducted a visit to Xi'an Jiaotong University.

Faulty from Student Affairs Division of Xi'an Jiaotong University gave a warm reception to our delegation and introduced the construction and development of the eight colleges of their university. Then, a symposium was held to futher mutual communication on the moral and behaviour education of the students, focusing on the shared concern over the function of life community.

Authorities of Chongshi College and our delegation conducted symposium on the education philosophy , Bi-college administrative structure, cultivation program and the institution system, organization system, evaluation system and faculty system of general education.

At Zhongying College, our delegation also visited the public facilities available to students, including their reading room, information office, psychological consultant office, rehearsal studio, gymnasium and coffee corner. In addition, the delegation inquired their college organization system, cultural education philosophy and measures, construction and management of mentoring system,course arrangement, study guides, habit formation, integrated qualities development and financial support offered for students.

Our visit to XJTU means an active exploration for the perfect joint with cultivation program of "2+X" via constantly innovating working system on student affairs and improving the faculty's competence and qualities.Brief as the visit was, it serves to broaden the horizon of the delegation and offers them an opportunity for more benefits. Meanwhile, the visit inspired us for the advancement of college business in promoting students' self-management and Second Class.
