Adhering to a set of CIE working principles,all faculty of CIE pitched in on the college affairs at the very beginning of this new term,continuing to promote the teaching and educational reform under the circumstances of diversified students' program.

Principle Ⅰ--- Carefulness

The first few weeks of each new term is the most chaotic time of the academic year. Students' post-holiday registration,school timetable revised for student-centered training program,make-up examinations,the cleaning and opening of all college activity room,are all demanding jobs which requires great carefulness in case of bringing about mess and chaos.

Principle Ⅱ--- Patience

CIE teaching affairs office and student affairs office spared no effort to help the problems students. Resorting to organizing meeting,interview, online hot-line and any other activities that might help,our college used all ways and means to help the students walk out their gloomy woods of study,of financial problem and of psychological annoyance.

Principle Ⅲ--- Innovation

Here comes a warning from the senior staff of CIE to other faculty,"If one is always waiting for the command from university and CIE, one can never get rid of the out-dated way of managing CIE affairs." "Innovation,reflection and reference" are the motto for the CIE.New ideas of teaching management,college development and student management should be proposed in new ways. New thoughts will always be encouraged at CIE,as the joint efforts can lead to prosperity of CIE.
