Though the spread of COVID-19 shaded the whole winter, the spring won’t be late for her duty. March witnesses the early spring’s coming and brings the opportunity for all people to take a breath of fresh air regardless of the severe situation. CIE celebrated the festival for all female faculty by organizing an online party.

Mz, Li Haihua, the Party Secretary of CIE, initiated the online get-together which gained great popularity among the college’s female teachers. Food recipe, experience in raising child, poetry reciting, and book report, are all topics covered. They live, they love, and they laugh, on this special day in the special situation.

Mz, Li Haihua made the VCR of Spring’s Coming recording her cooking harvests, and shared with others her poetry recite The Heroes in Harm’s Way. Mz. Zhao Lu shared the newly-published book she have read the other day---We Are All Motes of the Universe written by professor Li Yinhe of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Mz. Huang Ni shared another book Raising Boys. The live streaming was so inspiring, encouraging and refreshing.

There are in all 6 female faculty in CIE, who are fully devoted to their posts for the development of CIE. At work, they are capable career women, while at home, they are diligent housewife and caring mothers. They are the heroes of CIE, deserving the greatest respect of all CIEers.
