On the afternoon of June 3rd, the delegation lead by deputy director of Division of Planning and Finance, NWAFU, Mz. Ji Shuyuan, visited CIE. Mr. Ou Wenjun (CIE Dean), Mr. Li Hiahua (CIE Party Secretary) and other CIE faculty warmly welcome the visitors and had a thorough talk in terms of the financial budget and the reimbursement of expenditure in teaching. 

Mr. Ou wenjun introduced the development of CIE, the highlights in cultivation of top-notch innovative A&F talents and the financial business in recent years. Mz. Ji presented the philosophy of financial reform promoted university-wide now and the related measures and regulations. She also gave some suggestions on financial business in students’ research training, personalized training program, collegiate system management. The two parties then exchanged ideas of college financial management and daily expenditure reimbursement so as to further the program of top-notch innovative talents cultivation   

The meeting is a great success that the face-to-face communication with heads of financial department familiarizes the CIE faculty with policies, regulations and services of university’s reimbursement and financial management. In addition, it removes the bothering confusion of reimbursement and helps to push forward the educational reform of CIE.
