On October 13th, a delegate of 9 members from Xianyang Jinggan Middle School visited NWAFU. Lead by their school master Mr. Xin Jingsheng, the delegate attended meetings on propaganda of students enrollment and talent cultivation with the heads of NWAFU Student Affairs Division and CIE.

Party Secretary of CIE Mz. Li Haihua, Deputy Director in charge of Student Enrollment Office Mz. Su Rong introduced respectively the visitors the achievements of top-notch innovative talents cultivation model reform sponsored by CIE, the propaganda of enrollment in NWAFU feeder school in Xianyang and the NWAFU policies and practices in enhancing the partnership with feeder schools. Mr. Xin then introduced the Jinggan Middle School in the aspects of its history, talent cultivation orientation, specialties in cultivation, and achievements in its regional curriculum reform. The two parties exchanged their ideas in the set-up of NWAFU scholarship in Jinggan Middle School, the summer camp, and the tour study of middle school students at NWAFU.

The Agreement on NWAFU Scholarship for Jinggan Middle School was signed after the meeting.　

Jinggan Middle School was established in 1938, and has been named by Shaanxi Education Department the Demonstrative Middle School of Shaanxi Province. It is a place named Training Base of National Painting Art Examination by MOE, Experimental School of Traditional Culture and Chinese Language Teaching, Civilized Campus of Shaanxi Province, Experimental School of Quality-Oriented Education of Shaanxi Province, Unit of Standard Garden-style Campus of Xianyang Middle School and tens of other honorary titles. It has been awarded A+ Unit by Xianyang for its contribution to improving the educational quality of middle school, and the Feeder Schools of National Defense Student by Shaanxi Military Command and Shaanxi Education Department.
