On the morning of November 24th, Class Biotech 1702 had an open observation lesson under the supervision of the course instructor Ms. Wang Liping. Different from ordinary English classes which sometimes can be monotonous, Ms. Wang employed flexible teaching approach which greatly livened up the class. The opening of the teaching was a music video which led to the lesson topic - “Big Idea”. Students then had group discussions about their thoughts on “big idea”. The class ended with an audio clip which also honed students’ listening skills.
