As the final examination is approaching, CIE held the meeting for this year’s final examination affairs, at which college Party Secretary Li Haihua served as the trainers of invigilator teachers.

At the meeting, Regulations on NWAFU Students’ Disciplinary Violation, Rules for NWAFU Degree-Awarding for Undergraduates and Work Regulations for Undergraduates Examination were re-read and studied. Mz. Li emphasized five requirements at great length: the strong awareness of all related rules, the ahead of preparation for the exams, the thorough implementation of examination room clearance, the strict rules of invigilation at the exams and the timely resolutions to all unexpected problems. In addition, Mz. Li made a full deployment for the final examination affairs, and detailed introduction to the rules and all the key aspects. She put forward her demand that all teacher be strict with all the exams and be highly engaged in the event.

This meeting, to some extent, is a training meeting, and a mobilization meeting, too.
