Ont he afternoon of 21st August, our college held the staff meeting to announce the new college senior staff appointment. A&F Executive Vice President Mr. Zhao Zhong and Deputy Secretary of A&F Party committee Mr. LV Weidong were present to address the meeting. 

On behalf of A&F, Chief of Organization Department of A&F Party Committee Mr. Zheng Yingning announced the appointment: Mr. Ou Wenjun is appointed CIE Party Secretary to replace the former Party Secretary Mz. Sun Yu’ai. Following the announcement, Mr. Zheng showed his appreciation to the excellent performance of the former senior staff group before introducing Mr. Ou Wenjun to the attendees. 

The new Party Secretary of CIE Mr. Ou Wenjun made his speech, who showed his heartful loyalty  to the appointment. He said that he would take the new post a challenge and would be committed to the new job and be modest, adaptive and devoted.

College Dean Mr. Chen Yuchun briefly introduced all organizations and staff of CIE, making a retrospect of the college history. He then on behalf of college extended sincere thanks to Mz. Sun Yu’ai for her contribution to the development of CIE, and expressed heartful welcome to Mr. Ou Wenjun. Mr. Chen also said that the new senior staff group will keep passionate in study and united in cooperation, to promote the college development with other staff.

Mr. Lv Weidong spoke highly of the achievement that CIE has made. He, in his speech, pointed out that CIE has been playing an important role in exploring model of agricultural top-notch talents, whose educational philosophy and teaching and management practice were valuable for A&F teaching reform. He encouraged to new senior group to further the exploration and improvement in the near future.

A&F Executive Vice President Mr. Zhao Zhong expressed his appreciation to CIE and Youren College. He figured that CIE has been a special area in teaching at A&F while Youren College being special in student management. Six years trials in CIE has turned out to be a great success in reform of talents cultivation model. The 2nd Prize of National Teaching Ourcome and Superior Prize of Shaanxi Teaching Outcome have proved the great development of the trials that all staff of CIE have been devoted to. The new senior group of CIE are composed by experienced and capable staff of A&F, which suggests the concern of our university. Mr. Zhao encouraged the new group to be open-minded to overcome the potential difficulties, making new breakthrough in college development.
