On the evening of 21st November, the public observation class of Animal Genetics course was given in the multi-media classroom of CIE. Two instructors were teachers of A&F Animal Science & Technology College, Lan Xianyong and Dang Ruihua who were invited to review ppt-illustrated presentation of group discussion results of academic papers made by Y2013 Bio-science classes.

All students were fully engaged in the preparation of this presentation. They made careful alternatives of research topic and academic papers to be discussed and then summarize the key points into ppt. There were 20 students working in pairs participated the activity, whose presentations themed on Modification Technology in RISPR/CAS9 Systematic Gene, The Frontier Research of Biological Mechanism in the Form of Curly Wool and Other Animal Hair. 

The presentation and discussion greatly motivated the creativity of the students and raise their interest in genetics and animal science. In addition, it familiarized the student with frontier study and research in the academic fields.
