As the exchange program between Youren College of NWAFU and Shanheng College of Chinese University of Hongkong() launched,we have sent 2 students to our partner university.The first group of CIE exchange students of to CUHK,who have finished required courses,came back to NWAFU at the beginning of this term.

To have CIEers better understand CUHK in terms of its educational model,college culture and students' activities,and have the exchange students share their feelings and experiences,Youren College held the Exchange Students' Report in Yuantongzhi Science Workshop on the afternoon of March 13th.

Guo Yuanyi,one of the first groups of exchange students was invited to share her experience.At great length,she introduced CUHK and her study and life there.The most impressive part of life there goes to the peculiar student activities and the ways of managing students'community.For instance,the To Dine with Academic Masters,Theme Banquet,High Table Dinner,Afternoon Tea and the like.As to the management of the student community,student union and dormitory union are in charge as self-governors.Student union is responsible for college affairs while the co-governor is in charge of recreational activities.The division of responsibility is clear cut,which enable them to function efficiently.

The exchange program was initiated in 2014 and will run to 2016.It aims at enhancing the communication and cooperation between the two participant universities.By experiencing the different educational model and college culture,the students of our college can have their academic ability improved greatly and have their visions expanded.Two students are to sent to Shanheng College annually.The selection of next group will set about in few weeks.CIE will take this as a great opportunity for further cooperation with domestic and overseas universities.With the expansion of the program and the short-period visit,the students will be the best beneficiaries while the Youren college will refine the management system,which both serve for the fulfillment of students personal dreams in academic study.
