In order to enhance the undergraduate enrollment publicity of NWAFU and the quality of undergraduate student pool, College of Innovation and Experiment paid a visit to Zhenhai High School of Ningbo Zhejiang to carry out the publicity work of enrollment during May 3-5, 2021.

The publicity team participated in the 110th anniversary of Zhenhai High School of Ningbo on the morning of May 4 and the symposium on “The Cultivation of Innovative Talents of High Schools and Universities in the New Era” in the afternoon. The conference gathered 17 high-level universities across the country, including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Zhejiang University, and Xi’an Jiaotong University. At the conference, Li Haihua, Secretary of the General Party Branch of College of Innovation and Experiment, gave a speech entitled "First-Class Teaching and First-Class Talents: Exploration of the Training Mode of Cultivating Top-Notch Innovative Talents at NWAFU”. On the morning of May 5, Li Haihua delivered an introduction to over 300 students and parents from Zhenhai High School, regarding the university’s long history, advantageous disciplines, talent cultivation mode, majors for Zhejiang students, funding policy, and special cultural activities on campus.

This publicity event provided students and parents with a lens for understanding the motto of NWAFU and the valuable tradition of College of Innovation and Experiment on the unity of knowledge and action as well as teachers and students. Hopefully, it will attract more excellent students and thus bring in new blood for the construction of NWAFU.
