You Are the King is a National Non-professional Badminton Match co-organized by CCTV Sprot Channel and National Table-tennis Association. At its final regional competition of Northwest China, CIE student of Bio-engineering base class 121 Li Wenqian stood out the competition and her term was crowned group champion.

Li Wenqian has been into badminton since her childhood, which motivated her to join in the competition. This success promised her the attendance of National Final in Beijing in this April. Speaking of her success in the competition, she said, “ I am surprised with this, because I have never play for honor but for my keen on badminton. And all should attribute to my hard-working. I also learned a lot from other played and realized my shortcomings as well. I enjoy my confidence built up from the sports and would like to improve my skills through more practice. I am glad if I can pass on my enthusiasm in badminton to more people.”

Li Wenqian is one of the excellent students of our college, who was admitted to CIE Bio-engineering base class in September of 2012, and now has passed the CET-6 with high score.
