In order to strengthen the acclimatization and interpersonal communication of the college students, on the evening of September 15th, our college invited Dr. Li Na, our humanistic quality tutor, to give students of 2012 base class a report of "the Analysis of Interpersonal Communication". The report was held in the room 8T01, and was conducted by Wang Bo, the college secretory of student affairs.

Before Dr. Li Na began her interpretation of interpersonal communication amid college students, our audience gave out a big round of applause. She first introduced the differences between high schools and universities in terms of interpersonal relationship, which made the audience clearly aware of the importance of dealing with the issue properly in college campus. Then, she explained the definition, principles, and techniques of interpersonal relationship in great details. Her report was not fixed on the book, but combined with her own college experiences, vividly directing our freshmen to set life roles, to master the techniques of using language, and to behave politely when communicating with others. Dr. Li's humour not only livened up the atmosphere, but gave the students knowledge and inspirations. Before the ending of the report, she gave the audience some practical suggestions exclusive to friendship and romantic relationship in the campus.

Students said that they really gained a lot from the report. "The teacher not only solved our confusions, but helped us see clearly the future road. We are determined to upgrade our humanistic quality in future studies and try our best to perform knowing and doing excellently!"
