CIE representatives visiting Yiban Station

CIE organized a delegate of 10 the other day to visit NWAFU Yiban Station, to learn about the characteristics and maintenance of the station and to promote the Yiban station of CIE.  

Students working at Yiban introduced to the visitors the special functions and operation of the system. And then the staff there introduced the maintenance of the system, including the college home page design, the virtual class establishment, information publishing, and resources sharing. The visitors were suggested to build a suit-to-students Yiban platform characterized with college specialties in majors and college cultures. With the instruction at great length, we had a clear idea of the importance of Yiban system encouraged by MOE and the necessity of constructing online resources to the modern higher education. 

Yiban, a comprehensive interactive community involves education and teaching, life service and recreational activities. The website is an integration of bulletin board system, social network, blog, and microblog, providing the NWAFU users with one-stop informationized education service and applicable to website and mobile-phone app. It is an effective device to promote the communication between teachers and their students and to have the resources and information sharing more convenient.
